Questions suppliers ask
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. Free listings include your company name, description, categories, location and a link to your official website. You can claim and update a free listing at any time.
What does a membership change?
Members are shown above free listings in category lists and search results, in the order Gold, Silver, Bronze. They carry a member label, can add images, and Silver and Gold members receive enquiries and monthly view and click figures. The facts on a listing are the same whether or not it is paid for.
How is billing handled?
Plans are paid once a year in US dollars by card through Stripe and renew each year until you cancel. Prices exclude VAT; customers with a UK billing address pay VAT at 20% on top, shown on the receipt with the VAT amount in sterling. The seller is Watts Digital Consulting Ltd.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for. Our terms explain refunds and your rights.
Are paid links labelled?
Yes. Member listings carry a member label wherever they appear, and links to member websites are marked as sponsored.
Do you guarantee enquiries?
No. We do not promise traffic, enquiries or sales, and membership is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
